Unlock Your Potential with Workday’s Career Accelerator Program

Our Career Accelerator Program is an intensive initiative held at our Pleasanton, CA headquarters. From February 6th to July 28th, selected veterans will embark on a transformative journey that includes:

  • Two Weeks of Paid, Specialized Training: Dive deep into Workday applications and gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge technology. This intensive training is fully paid, recognizing your commitment and time.
  • 24-Week Paid Internship: Apply your newly acquired Workday expertise and military-honed skills in a real-world corporate setting. You’ll be placed in a paid internship within various Workday departments, gaining invaluable corporate job experience and becoming fluent in Workday, a highly sought-after technology.

This program is more than just an internship; it’s a pathway to a fulfilling tech career. By participating in the career accelerator program workday, you will:

  • Gain In-Demand Tech Skills: Master Workday applications, positioning yourself for success in the rapidly growing cloud technology sector.
  • Build Corporate Experience: Transition smoothly into the civilian workforce with practical experience and a strong understanding of corporate culture.
  • Enhance Marketability: Even if a full-time position at Workday isn’t immediately available, you’ll graduate with the skills and experience to be highly competitive in the job market.

Workday is committed to your success and will reimburse interns for eligible business expenses incurred during the program, in accordance with regulations. Please note that personal housing, relocation, and commuting costs are not covered.
