Under the hood, the Opel Insignia Concept boasted a powerful 344-hp aluminum V8 engine sourced from the Corvette. This engine enabled the car to achieve a top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited) and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under six seconds. The Insignia utilized a rear-wheel-drive architecture with a double-wishbone front suspension and a five-link rear suspension, ensuring excellent handling and stability.
