Step 3: Prepare For and Schedule Your PRAXIS Subject Assessment
A fundamental requirement for entry into the Career Switcher Program is passing the PRAXIS Subject Assessment in your chosen teaching subject. After taking the exam, allow approximately four weeks for score processing and ensure your official scores are forwarded to the Office of Extended and Distance Education at Shenandoah University via email.
