Montgomery County is committed to ensuring all residents have access to essential healthcare services, and the Montgomery Cares Program plays a vital role in achieving this goal. This program provides a network of health clinics geographically distributed throughout the county, making healthcare more accessible to those who need it.
It’s important to note that while Montgomery County Government facilitates the Montgomery Cares program, it does not directly endorse, warrant, or guarantee the services, products, or information provided by these individual clinics. Each clinic operates independently, and the County Government assumes no liability for the services rendered or the actions of the clinics and their staff.
To determine eligibility for the Montgomery Cares program, residents can visit the Office of Eligibility and Support Services (OESS) at various locations or participating clinics. As of July 1, 2019, OESS is responsible for eligibility assessments.
