GM Patch Culbertson Promoted at Big Loud Records

Big Loud Records has announced the promotion of Patch Culbertson to Executive Vice President and General Manager (GM). This makes him the first EVP in the company’s history, reporting directly to Big Loud partners Seth England, Joey Moi, and Craig Wiseman. Culbertson’s new role signifies his significant contributions to the label’s success.

England praised Culbertson’s strategic thinking and decision-making skills, highlighting his integral role in Big Loud’s achievements over the past seven years. Moi emphasized Culbertson’s unique blend of analytical abilities and understanding of artists, allowing him to prioritize both creative development and company growth.

Culbertson joined Big Loud as VP of A&R in 2017 and was promoted to SVP/GM in 2021. His previous experience includes eight years at Republic Records, where he rose to Director of A&R.

As EVP/GM, Culbertson will continue to manage daily operations, develop commercial strategies, and foster the creative growth of Big Loud’s diverse roster. This includes artists such as Morgan Wallen, Hardy, Lauren Alaina, and Ernest, among many others.

Culbertson expressed his pride in the accomplishments of the roster and staff, acknowledging the privilege of working with a talented team and contributing to music history. He thanked England, Moi, Wiseman, and COO Austen Adams for their guidance and support.
