All Pro Truck Parts offers a lifetime return policy on new, unopened Freightliner Brake Light Switches and other parts in their original packaging. However, there are some exceptions for sale items and special orders. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a smooth process for all customers.
Return Eligibility for Freightliner Brake Light Switches and Other Parts
To qualify for a return, your Freightliner brake light switch or other part must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. For items marked as “used” at the time of purchase, the return window is 30 days from the date of sale.
Defective items under the manufacturer’s warranty are also eligible for return and a full refund. To qualify for a warranty return, the part must be under warranty, and the manufacturer must confirm the defect for the intended application.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned Freightliner brake light switch, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. For phone orders processed through a card terminal, you’ll need to call us to initiate the refund.

Shipping Return Instructions
When returning your product, please ship it to the address above. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
For items over $75, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item. For returns of items initially shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
