Within the Early Career Program, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, including:
- Collaborating closely with crew members to effectively deploy tools and services, maintaining clear communication with clients and Operations Managers based onshore.
- Actively participating in the resolution of complex technical issues through hands-on involvement at the rig site, gaining invaluable practical experience.
- Managing the meticulous preparation, thorough documentation, and careful handling of outbound and inbound equipment and products, overseeing logistics to and from well sites.
- Supporting the tendering process by providing insightful data analysis and accurate cost estimates, as well as managing invoicing procedures.
- Engaging in strategic job shadowing opportunities to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted Baker Hughes business ecosystem.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all disciplines are considered), Engineering Technology, Geosciences, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restrictions, opening doors to international career prospects.
- A strong academic record, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
