We proudly introduced the Cognizant Career Restart Program on International Women’s Day. This unique, paid 12-week initiative is specifically designed for experienced technology professionals aiming to reignite their careers following a break. The inaugural cohort includes twelve women embarking on Engineering Management roles within our Digital Engineering division.
This program prioritizes creating a nurturing environment for returning professionals, offering access to comprehensive training, skill enhancement, mentorship, and a wealth of resources. Participants will engage with cutting-edge technologies throughout the program and will be strongly considered for full-time positions at Cognizant upon completion.
